As previously mentioned, today there was a slight tangent in this escapade's itinerary. I'm a firm believer in pursuing an opportunity...especially when the opportunity is potentially a once in a lifetime experience. Why pass on a/any chance? Life...it's all about the story and you are the author...experience as much as possible, take risks, live without regrets because there are no regrets - only lessons and rewards, free spirits soar...et cetera, et cetera. Maybe that's all a little dramatic, but I'm sure you get the point.
This entire escapade has been so busy...there was indeed "free time" for an additional city...but why? Something happens in this city every 12 years...
2013 happens to be one...

कुम्भ मेला
Kumbh Mela
The best way for me to explain this is...think of the last (or your favorite) fair or festival you attended and multiply it by 100 million. Kumbh Mela is amazing (and huge). I challenge you to look it up. It will be one of the big highlights of this trip and a memory that will last a lifetime. I highly doubt that I will have the feeling that a crowd is "too big" ever agin. Please, at least do an image search because these pictures are not the greatest.
Two days, two cities that have been holy for time immemorial. I apologize for not being able to thoroughly explain them...one must experience them and draw their own conclusion. My conclusion...just a more solid and deeper perspective about this life.
Flying to Delhi in the morning...and if someone needs a ride, why not give it to them?
